The car is definitely a showpiece and a talking point. I clean it immediately after use, but after 12 months the machine had a black coating inside on the top cover, over the popper block. We use about 3-4 times a month. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new updated machine with a cover over the bulb and a push button grip inside.
