Full leather shoes with real soles. A mix of shoes and boots. El Camino shoes. Exactly what I needed. Mid-height leather provides secure ankle support. I always switch to orthotics and they have been very standard when I swapped them out. They fit like all Chuck Taylors and the outsole slips less than standard Chucks except on wet, slick concrete surfaces (they tend to slip on a few sidewalks with exposed rocks in the rain - no slippage is noted when dry).
