I have used this product to play Blue Ray Discs and DVDs. It worked twice. The third time I tried to turn on the player, it didn't work. I have followed the instructions to repair or replace the player and so far the company has ignored me. I tried to speak to someone in the company and had to communicate with a lady who hardly speaks English. No matter how hard she tried, our attempts to communicate effectively were in vain. I emailed the company and they didn't reply to me. I'm still waiting and trying. I will withdraw this review if only the company lives up to their guarantee
