All ages in my house loved this rice. The strangest thing about this huge packaging was that I couldn't find any cooking instructions either on the front or back of the packaging. I've obviously cooked rice before so it wasn't a deal breaker, but I've never seen a product like this with literally zero instructions. I kinda wanted you to double check the cook time. I feel like it's a great base for savory dishes like curry or beef stroganoff, but it's also a great base for a homemade Korean bowl (like my version of bibim bap with whatever). I have it in my fridge). My kids honestly just loved it and steamed it in a bowl. Two of the 3 children ate a whole second bowl of rice at dinner. For the record, my kids sometimes just eat a few bites at dinner and then say they're done, so this was a hit for me as a side dish. The best part is that I can make a mug (with 2 mugs). boiling water on stove, add one cup of uncooked rice, then reduce heat to low, cover and cook until tender, 20-30 minutes). As there were no instructions, towards the end I just checked a few times until I got the right temperature, then fluffed with a fork and served. I was impressed that it really doesn't stick together as much as regular white rice. Overall I would recommend it.
