They sent a hack: Auxiliary input adapter

Took the thing apart neatly to fit it in only to put it back in and it turned out it didn't work. There's a small light on the interface box that should come on to indicate it's on, and no matter what we tried we couldn't get it to work. I hate that I now have to spend my own money to send it back!
