I bought this monitor as a second monitor in my system. I needed another monitor for work that could display text clearly and found that a 4k display would give the best results based on pixel density ratio. As for gaming, I don't know how it works, but the color accuracy is good and I haven't had any issues. I ran all the monitor tests when I first opened it and there were no issues. Of course there are better models, but in this price range they are hard to beat. Just make sure the monitor meets your needs before you buy it, there shouldn't be any surprises as all the information can be found quickly. Tip: Make sure the connections on your monitor match your needs. I see many monitors advertise a certain refresh rate and display quality when that can only be achieved via their displayport or whatever, and then find that their HDMI ports are not 2.0 and do not support the refresh rate advertised and most consoles and Can't view games.
