It's one way communication for employees to get updates about their organization. I like that it has multiple ways to communicate through different channels (phone calls or emails). Also great if they are online during working hours but not available by phone at some point. Sometimes you can't find your previous messages until later when you go back into them which could be frustrating. We needed something where our employees were able to check out from work and get real-time status on projects as well as have access to previously communicated info without having to ask someone else.
