Premium, future-proof USB-C charger

I bought this after replacing a Samsung Galaxy S6 with a Google Pixel XL. To get the benefits of fast charging, I needed a Power Delivery capable charger, and I wanted the charger to be certified to safely support USB-C. It was one of the very few devices that met these requirements. It charges my Pixel XL very quickly, and the other ports are useful in that I no longer have to plug in my power strip when I need USB-A charging. I later bought a Lenovo Yoga 920 laptop, which also charges via USB-C. This laptop comes with a 65W USB-C charger, but I've been using this charger from the start with no issues. It also charges an HP Specter x360 13-inch (Late 2017 model) with no issues other than a slight warning from HP to beware of third-party chargers. I can't say for sure if the factory charger is faster, but it charges the Yoga 920 (which doesn't support fast charging/power delivery) as fast or faster than my Macbook Air that was charged with its charger.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Big and bulky
