Terrible product, not happy with the purchase!
Twice (! ) Under warranty, I sent thecomntroller to the Microsoft service center (a service center in Hong Kong, judging by the tracking of the package) with this problem, and it always came back without anycomrrections. As if the employees of the service centercomnsider this marriage to be the norm or stubbornly do not want to notice it.
Pros
- The crosspiece is better than the previous model.
Cons
- The A/X/Y buttons intermittently do not work when pressed lightly.
