I ordered a replacement for a non-working power supply, I was worried that it would be bad, but my fears were in vain. Arrived quickly, well packaged, arrived intact. I took it from the postamat, my husband installed it, the XBOX 360 is working again, the children are happy.

Since the box is not damaged, it must have been put in this form. He did not return, so his child was waiting in return for the faulty one.

It stopped working a few days after the warranty expired. Don't worry about that. Pay more for something better. Since we don't have kids we went back to fan blowing on a disassembled (original system). I'll throw it away at some point.

I bought a pair of fans and without fail the fan made a terrible noise, turned red and died. Lasts 30 days, but ALWAYS breaks! Charging always takes place in the breathing zone. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! This fried my son's Xbox and when we compared the input and output voltages to our old PSU the output from it is way too high! My son's Xbox won't boot now. A few months later and from a different provider. Again (for the second time) this device is bad and not working properly. The red fault LED lights up. The green LED indicates that the device is working properly. I checked the two output voltages with my digital multimeter. The device provides only 5 VDC on the 5 VDC output and has no (or very little below 1 VDC) voltage on the 12 VDC output. The device needs to be able to output 5VDC and 12VDC on two outputs for it to work and be useful to me.
