Our Xbox 360 Slim is over 3 years old and we have 2 cats that shed horribly. I blew the old one out with air from a spray can, but a horrible red light came on. Since our warranty was up we opened up our old one and the little fan inside looked like we had a different cat. So we cleaned it up and left the lid off so we could keep it clean. Not so with yours. I have made sure that pets etc. cannot get inside. We knew it would replace it, but given the economy, we did our best until we could afford one from Microsoft.
