The ease of use, ability to create campaigns in minutes with no coding knowledge required! A lot more options for targeting audiences than other networks we've used before as well - eMail can be sent directly from within our account manager without going through third party providers like MailChimp etc which was great when it came time for us send out newsletters or promotions via email (and not have them disappear into oblivion). Great product but I would recommend that they add some sort of reporting functionality so you could see how your ads are performing at any given moment rather then having only data available after 24 hours has passed once all impressions/clicks happen during this period. We were able solve most problems using their customer support team who did everything possible under normal circumstances until such times where there wasn't anything left worth doing anymore due too lacklusture response form partaking teams working behind screen's back while.
