Review on 15 X9 RT5P 15 Y9 9RT4K6MP Classic SA F74ADW P230W ADPU A17 230P1A by Doug Darling

Bought to replace my Chicony A17-230P1A charger to have a backup charger as well as a straight plug (vs the right angle plug on others) because the connector in the on the back I is /O of my Sager laptop. I was skeptical because of the low price of the 230w charger but decided to give it a try. The connector looks a bit bent, but it fits into a laptop and charges the battery. But when I start using more power it crashes when I run more demanding programs like big video games. The battery starts alternating between full charge and charging and Windows starts to hang/hang. I tried restarting the computer and using it without any peripherals (mouse, keyboard and monitor) but it still didn't work properly. I really thought it would work because it's supposed to be a 230W 19.5V 11.8A PSU, but I just couldn't get it to work without changing the laptop settings to power saving or not to block the neck of the NVIDIA GPU.
