A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.
For a gelding, I chose 205/55R16. Although a little noisier than Velcro, the rubber is still valuable. These are the costs associated with using spikes. However, you shouldn't trail down the side of the road if you wish to ride in the winter. In a warm southern winter, riding is possible without issues, but in a cold northern winter, complications are common.
