I'm only 5ft 5in tall. I ordered 2xl because I usually wear a size 18 and they were so short I couldn't even wear them over my shoulders. 2x could fit someone who is about 5ft 0-5ft 2 inches tall and weighs no more than 160lbs. I thought it was a coincidence that my husband tried on his and they were also very short and small. I am disappointed because they are so cute!
