I am able to create a user account for my organization, enter information into it, then save/update that info at any time as necessary without having to reenter all of the same details over again just because an update has been made elsewhere (e.g., another computer). It can be cumbersome when your working remote, but not impossible. The interface is also somewhat clunky at times so its best if you understand how everything works before attempting to use it! This program allows us to have access to a web-based system which we are now using daily.
