I would recommend it for almost any streaming, especially for people who don't have a camera. This is way better than your computer's camera. It was the picture quality that made me love this webcam. It looks like a camera image. It has a wide field of view but doesn't have the distortion of the Go Pro and surprisingly good sound quality. For best results, hold the webcam close to your face and mouth, preferably the boom that rotates so you can get close to it easily. This is not a problem for Zoom, Facebook, Skype or other live broadcasts. Games and YouTube are also supported without software. However, if you use OBS, you can add more features to your streams aside from being OBS-free. I got this for easy access to streaming with friends and family. I have a different setup for my professional needs but I was amazed at what it can do.
