Incredibly thin, stained with carrots the first time.
The first and only 'use' was trying to grate a carrot - it's so poorly constructed it hardly ever rubs. The mandoline box doesn't fit well, and the cheap white plastic was stained orange before I even finished my first carrot. Unsuitable and obviously made of food-unsuitable material - in the garbage.
