I like that it has an easy user interface for non-programmers who are interested in creating chatbots with their own voiceovers or other customizations.

It's also very helpful if you're looking at what features will be available when using this software platform as there isn't much out of box functionality unless you create your own modules/libraries yourself (which can get tricky). There aren't many free options around so we had to pay but I think they offer several different plans depending upon how complex you want to make your program. We've been able to use our service primarily for customer support where customers have issues with any products from us such as phones, computers etc.
