I've spent 24 hours in 24 degrees Fahrenheit and bought this set to keep warm. The hand warmers work incredibly well, they are very warm and last at least 5 hours - they were the true MVPs of the trip. The toe warmers worked well too, although they only kept warm for about 3 hours. The body warmers were a disappointing part of the package. They were slightly warm, but without the added pressure, the heat was barely noticeable. I used a bodywarmer on my back, and unless I put my hand on the outside of my coat, it wasn't really warm. I ended up using heating pads that I tucked into my clothes as body warmers. Overall, however, I preferred the Grabber products over the HotHands hand warmers, which I used on the same trip.
