I love this backpack! The carrying handle is perfect, not too hard or soft and comfortable to wrap in your hand. The shoulder straps are very comfortable, I just wish there was room to hide the extra strap when you tighten it. All pockets are large and hold a lot of things. Maybe I'd rather have a double zip on the front pocket instead of a simple one-way zip. The only thing I would change is the top pocket where the headphone hole is located. This is a very useful pocket, but it's very deep. So if you put too much in, it will get in the way of the big pocket next to it. These flaws are very minor, and I find flaws. I am very happy with my purchase and love this backpack. I love the look and a lot of people have asked me what it is because they love it too! Seems well done.
