I bought this product to use in my third trimester during my summer pregnancy. I literally carry this fan with me everywhere. I use it at work, at church, in the car, at the grocery store, etc. (you get the idea). I'm pregnant and HOT and this little fan works great for getting cool air around my neck and face. I got a lot of compliments and a lot of weird looks. "Is this a warning about life?" was a question I received almost daily from strangers. The only downside to this little fan is that you can't choose your colors - I was lucky and got pink (!) and blue. I offered my husband blue but he declined. Now this is my spare fan in case I lose or break the pink one. This fan is battery operated. I left it running the whole time, so I think my batteries are draining pretty quickly. You'll start to notice when that fan dies. My little one loves it and I don't have to worry about her fingers getting caught in the fan blades. The lace is adjustable and I have it long enough to rest at the perfect angle on my pregnant belly to wrap around my neck. I have no regrets buying it and have recommended it to everyone I know as it's a great conversation starter. I mean, honestly, not many people wear fans around their necks.
