I love how simple it is! They also offer many different services for those who do not want this in their account but still need some tracking/bill-of-lading features (or even just price quotes). Nothing really - they are great at what they do. Pricing could be better though if there were more plans that included other types of carriers such as trucking companies. Keep looking around because prices vary widely between providers. We needed something with good customer service along with accurate pricing. This was our main requirement when we chose them over others out there.
