It's darker under the eyes than we'd like - it seems to have started just last year. None of the fixes I googled made sense/up to date, and none of the other remedies I tried (The Ordinary, BaeBody) worked. I don't normally spend that kind of money on something this small and I never use Olay, but it was recommended to me (maybe racked.com?) on my payday and I thought "why not". IT WORKS OUT. . I don't know how and why, but after 2 days the gray hairs noticeably lightened. It's now a week later and the difference is insane. As someone who has never used a product that has ever lived up to their claims, I am completely confused! At first I was upset. Oh, that's just concealer, I thought as I opened it. Very expensive concealer. I put it on, it doesn't last like makeup, it doesn't cover up darkness like my concealer (Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Spot Concealer). I was just expecting it to be a moisturizer that would hide the darkness, and that's what I figured. Just a few days later, looking in the mirror, I understand that it was getting lighter under my eyes, that it was becoming obvious that he was doing something. I thought it was just make-up residue, but after washing my face and not putting on make-up for 2 days, the lightness remained. So yes, it brightened the eye area 100%.
