Good quality! I love all the zip pockets and the detachable hood! It even has a headphone loop inside. It's a little baggy in the upper back so I'd go for XL, but you never know with hips like these. I'm a shorty size 14, very hippie, size 38 in my chest, so I can usually wear big tops and XL in coats. Ordering online can be a toss up so I chose the size based on the reviews. Still not bad. The sleeves are a bit long, but that is solved by the velcro closure. I chose black because it goes with everything and makes the badge less noticeable and blends well. I like the lining of the coat.
