LOVE this little cast iron skillet. Great for a morning double scrambler or morning potatoes. I can also use it as a standalone dessert (lava cake?). I followed the instructions for sealing the spice pot upon arrival; Wash with soap and water, grease with vegetable oil and put in the oven for an hour. I seasoned our large cast iron skillet the same way. It's very simple and works great! It's not a large pan so know that before you buy, but it's really great for cooking meals for 1 or 2 people and saving on extra meals.
