I bought this to replace my Color Pro blades. doesn't fit. the cutting blade can be placed ON TOP off the plastic piece that moves it back and forth but that piece should go inside the cut in the blade, not on top. When placed on top and everything screwed in, it does work. Though, i didn't cut with it when I did that - I just did it to see if it would turn on and not go flying. The sound was unbearably loud. Like an alarm. A home security alarm - very loud.So I used the gold guide blade and my old regular cutting blade. I smelled something burning when cutting in that configuration. I turned off the clippers and looked at them. With the lever open I could see the gold was scraped off the guide blade.Waste of money. Won't bother returning
