Damaged 2 of my hard drives
I have been using the product for about 7 months. The unbelievable happened yesterday. I had 2 hard drives in this docking station. I was transferring data from one of them to a separate external drive and in the middle of the transfer I got an error. The external hard drive I transferred to wasn't corrupt, but both hard drives that were in the dock are now corrupt and I'm trying to recover my data. When this happened, there was no activity on one of the drives, but it's still corrupt. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! I contacted customer support as soon as this happened but I have not received a response from their support at this time.
