Not only did the ink run out after a few printed pages, but later it was said that the cartridges had been inserted incorrectly. I just bought it on June 18th and in July the ink was already empty after printing less than 10 pages. I even took out the cartridges and shook them, but there was almost no ink left. I very much doubt that there was much in the beginning. I just bought the Epson brand, although it's really expensive. Update 9/12/20: The seller has contacted us and said they have fixed the issue(s) with their cartridges. They gave me the option of getting a repaired product or a refund. As we received the item from another seller we decided to request a refund which we received. Since the customer service was great but we still had to deal with product issues I changed the rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
