Does not suppress noise. Without music you can hear everything as well as if it weren't upside down. Playing music just drowns out other sounds.; there is no noise cancellation at all. They allow me to focus on my work and avoid being distracted by the constant loud noises that usually distract me. They were cheap; I got what I paid for. I have pierced ears which doesn't make matters worse which is nice. The sound quality is good enough. They slide when I lean forward, which is a little annoying. They don't seem tight enough. I have a small head! 😆 My ears are sweating too. Fast charging and the Bluetooth option are definitely a plus. Only recommended for quick and cheap repairs. In the future, I'll probably focus on some high-end headphones that really cancel out noise.
