Update time for cutlery and knife accessories

We have been using broken kitchen scissors for years. It's not until you buy a new pair that you realize you should have upgraded many years ago. They're nice and sharp and work faster and with less effort than the pair we replaced. Good quality. The only thing to note is the fact that they don't disassemble, as many kitchen shears are designed to be easy and completely clean. I loved this feature in our old shears. I hope it doesn't matter.
