It provides ease of communication with drivers, tracking fares paid automatically by credit card or cash payment is very useful to me personally as I am always worried about being robbed at night while traveling alone for business meetings etc., especially if you are not carrying wads/cash around all day! The service has been unreliable though when it comes time do pay via bank transfer they seem reluctant (maybe even unwilling)to complete transactions sometimes without explanation which can be frustrating after waiting days only see "transaction failed" message - so beware this may happen from some accounts but hopefully will get better over years since launch? Also their support seems less than stellar either way just check reviews before using- there have also had issues where we were charged multiple times despite clear instructions otherwise given through chat messages during payments process; refunding these charges would require contacting them directly rather then relying.
