I like that it's easy enought o use without needing too much training - you don't need specific knowledge about payroll software before using ramcobhcm! It does take some time getting used to but once your familiarised there are no problems at all.

There could be better customer support if required though sometimes we have issues when contacting them via email which doesn't always get resolved straight away by their team so having an instant line would help speed things up even further. Great system overall. We were looking into different options such as paywave etc however after speaking tp one our consultants they recommended us towards RAMCO BHMC because its simple yet powerful and flexible option within the same price range compared other solutions i was considering previously.
