It's an all-inclusive solution for any size business that needs to collect, organize and analyze their customer or prospect information in order to make better decisions about who they should reach out to next. The tool is user friendly as well as easy to implement. I also like how it integrates with Salesforce via our Sales Cloud account which makes reporting even easier! There isn't anything I dislike at this point. If there were things I could change, it would be adding more robust integration options between other third party applications such as HubSpot. Also, we have found little need to use some of the tools offered by Adlib. We've just started using them so far but haven't come across many problems yet. At first glance, everything seems very intuitive and organized into manageable sections/modules. As mentioned previously, most of our sales team uses Salesforce natively so integrating.
