This is an incredible makeup remover. I've been using it at night for several years. It removes all makeup particles and even works with waterproof makeup. For those who find it bold, you are using it incorrectly. How to use: Turn the faucet to the HOT position and let the water heat up while you massage your face and eyes with the cold cream. Once all of the makeup has melted, dampen a clean washcloth with hot water and wipe all over your face, removing any cold cream. Then continue with your skin care routine. Keep in mind that this is not a face wash and you must wash your face after removing your makeup. I've always had very oily, acne-prone skin and have never had acne when used properly. It smells amazing too!
