Classic Ponds Cooling Cream does what it's supposed to, but unfortunately the strong scent makes your face itchy. If you're not normally sensitive to fragrances, you should be fine. Cold Cream perfectly removes makeup and moisturizes the skin. I tried using it to remove sebum before washing and it did the job perfectly.
