Good value for money

I liked the bar stools when I bought them and they were what I expected. They were very easy to assemble, had brief instructions and came with extra nuts and leg covers. They look great under the kitchen counter and are very comfortable. I am very happy with the height and adjustability and the tractor seat is really durable. I always appreciate the extra parts and a wrench was included so you didn't have to reach for the tool box. They were packed very well. Unpacking took longer than installing the seat. At the same time there were problems. A close-up of the seat shows that the alignment of the seat and bolt hole is not perfect. They're just on two studs that attach to the back of the seat. It's not very noticeable and doesn't affect stability or functionality, but it's an aesthetic thing I didn't like, and not a deal breaker. They have plastic stool leg inserts and they come with extras which is nice. However, I added extra felt pads to the legs as they scratched the LVT in the kitchen. The biggest problem as you can see is that one of the stools had a bent leg. Since the packaging was so secure and the box wasn't damaged, this appears to be a quality control issue. The seller was very responsive to the return, responded to my email the same day and will happily replace the chair; Though packing it back for shipping wasn't fun. I'll edit this review if the chair isn't replaced as promised, but I don't expect any problems.
