Funny and cool bar stools. The only reason it didn't get five stars is that we had to fiddle with the seats to get them right. One of them had to cut the tabs so the seat could be installed and they all had to put washers on the two A-pillars to keep it from feeling like sliding off the seats.

Not the quality I was hoping for. I think the legs are actually copper tubing but they've been given a darker finish, sort of a fake antique. I don't think it's particularly pretty, but I don't care either because I bought this stool to use when I'm welding. My issue is that it's just not strong enough and strong enough to be perfect for this purpose.

Be careful when ordering copper. They are all black with no noticeable copper. The first set I received was returned and the second set that was sent to me was also all black even though the boxes said copper. Apparently they need to be painted slightly black for the effect, but the manufacturer ended up just painting them completely black over the copper.

We love them and get additions all the time. Some people thought we made them to order because they are so unique. Be sure to take the advice of other reviewers and add a couple of washers to the two front pins during assembly to avoid the feeling of slipping. Someone suggested painting the pucks black to match. We don't and you don't see them. The seats are very comfortable and easy to assemble. Just don't forget to grab some pucks beforehand.

Unpacked and installed 2 of these for our bar in about 5 minutes. The seat height is easily adjustable and the seat rotates easily. The width of the foot is not too big and not wide, so they hide well under the counter. Super versatile in your decor, can be used for both an elegant area and a super casual area. So handy we bought 4! Love it. I find they are quite comfortable and love to pivot. Taking the advice of other reviewers, align the seats by adding some shims up front when reassembling. Otherwise, lean forward. When you see the mechanics it looks really industrial if that's what you're looking for. I liked the bar stools when I bought them and they were what I expected. They were very easy to assemble, had brief instructions and came with extra nuts and leg covers. They look great under the kitchen counter and are very comfortable. I am very happy with the height and adjustability and the tractor seat is really durable.
