It’s ok for the price
I work in the medical field and my job requires me to check oxygenation sat’s constantly throughout the day. These devices are handy for when a dynamap or monitor aren’t readily available such as with ambulating. I purchased this one as a backup or for lending to students & coworkers when they forget theirs. It works fairly well, within a percent of accuracy when correlating with a dynamap or continuous monitor. For the price it costs, that’s a pretty good deal. It does however feel and look rather cheap.
