Terrible for allergies!
I understand that linen will always shed a little more lint than cotton, but this poor quality fabric took about ten or fifteen washes before it stopped completely filling the lint trap in my dryer. And I still can't use it because my nose still starts to itch as soon as I pull it over me and up to my chin. If you don't have allergies and don't mind fluff then this is good value but if you have a sensitive nose keep looking!
