Review on 🛏️ Premium 6-Layer Cotton Gauze Blanket - 100% Cotton, Lightweight and Breathable, Double-Sided (Queen 87" * 87") by Shannon Young

I'm embarrassed to write a mediocre review because I really wanted to like this blanket because it's so cute. BUT, even though it says "cotton", I just don't know because it's non-breathable and quite "heavy". I bought it for the cotton because I was sweating at night and still wanted light coverage. It looked so pretty and I figured since it's cotton it would be breathable and lightweight. But that's not the case. I'm really disappointed for the price of this blanket. I tried using it for a week because I really wanted to like it, but I had to take it off every night because I was sweating. I was hoping this would be the answer I was looking for as other cotton waffle style blankets have gotten bad reviews for build quality. I will say that this IS is beautifully built, has held up well in the wash and has not produced a lot of lint in the dryer. But it is too heavy and not as described. I really wonder if there's more to this blanket than cotton? It doesn't have a tag, so there's no mention of what materials it's made of.
