A straight 'I' bulb worked great. The second was shorted out at the point where the wires left the case. Upon closer inspection, bare copper (which is) is visible at the exit of the case. Very thin wires. Except that 32AWGRevain will send a replacement. Hope it gets better. Received second set. A DOA so I had to order two sets of two to get two surgical lights. Two DOAs were shorted internally and melted the insulation when turned on. The included warranty card is a joke. This is someone's Facebook page in China.
