I bought this product to play light games. When the mouse arrived, the side panel was loose. You could push it in and out and after about an hour it was driving me crazy. I contacted Glorious and they told me I was very ill and needed to deal with Amazon. I received a replacement mouse from Revain and this time the scroll wheel was broken. I turned back to Glorius, and again I was told too badly. Glorious has no integrity and takes no pride in his work. Too bad for the company. I would not recommend this mouse or this company to my 90 year old grandmother who still hasn't learned how to turn on her computer.
