If you're new to floral design and don't have supplies, this is a good starter kit to start a project at a lower price until you figure out your favorite brands and colors etc. I already have the consumables that are also found in this set but I needed to upgrade some of them so after seeing a good price I decided to give it a try. : 1) There is a smell of mechanical oil when you open the package. Disappears after several hours of airing. 2) I wish it included thicker wires ie. 18 gauge The 26 gauge wires are a bit flimsy for my use, but they can easily be doubled up so it's not a big deal. 3) The floral tape is quite sticky, but I found it more difficult to use than the one I currently have - maybe it stretches less? But it works, it just takes some getting used to.
