My only complaint about them is that I'm "the guy" on the street now. You know "that guy” with extremely bright lights that effortlessly blind all oncoming traffic. Yes, this guy that lights the road so well you can see it for miles that he has aftermarket headlights. Seriously, I'm now "the guy" who upsets hillbilly in jacked-up trucks because my two little headlights are brighter than their roof. Built-in spotlight. What's surprising is that no matter how bright those lights are, I've never been stopped by a cop. What really makes these lights so bright is that they are more like daylight quality than the dull yellow hue of traditional headlights. The shift has been large, with street signs now reflecting for about half a mile and reflective side stickers on police cars glowing like a small nuclear bomb. Now I can identify speed traps before the puke-spraying radar can read my car. I feel so confident with these lights that I told my boss I needed a promotion and told my wife we needed another baby. I'm proud to be "that guy" with super bright lights.
