Bought this paint at a local hardware store. Stir well after opening; You *should* mix the settled goo with the rest of the paint. Don't just shake. Mix the sticky, viscous substance well with the thinner liquid. Second, apply to light (preferably white) surfaces. and apply in a thick layer. Apply thick layers after each layer has dried. When applied in a thick layer, the paint dries (12 hours). If you've seen something on Pinterest or Facebook that features homemade glowpots, you're wrong. They were LEDs, not a glow-in-the-dark color. I uploaded the photos so you can see the light and dark photos side by side.
