Great experience, awesome support and best of breed

I like that it is so easy to use when you need an agent for something right away! It's very simple but also has all those features needed by larger call volume users such as auto attendant options etc..

The only thing i dislike about this software was how expensive compared with other softwares out there (like athena). If your looking into getting another solution try doing some research first because most likely if they're not cheap then maybe its worth checking them later down after pricing changes or better offers come around from their competitors? We've been able solve our issues quickly especially since we were using multiple different systems before switching over completely which made things difficult trying figure everything ourselves without knowing what each system did exactly - now thats no longer necessary!!

Pros
  • Also love being in contact directly through email rather having phone calls / live chat sessions where possible ! Super helpful staff/ representatives who are always willing help resolve problems swiftly too
