This vest cincher is great for the price I've had very expensive over $100 and it's almost the same. Is not steel bone but is plastic so were the ones that I paid over $100 they all managed to start popping out so I just cut them out before they do it still holds me in and what I use it most for is my back I have two disk in my lower back that slip & it helps me with my posture & have less back problems when I use consistently.
