Review on Selleys 25-Pack Sugar Soap Wipes: Effortlessly Remove Marks and Stains from Painted Walls and Surfaces by Ashley Johnson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Long lasting large wipes that clean/scrub well; very rich and foamy so requires a dry wipe

Very durable wipes. The cleaning side cleans very well, especially areas like baseboards that have nooks and crannies where dirt collects. The smooth side works well on painted walls, doors, and other surfaces that you don't need to clean. These napkins are a good size, so you can do a lot with just one napkin. The scent is lightly perfumed but pleasant and not too heavy. They are easy to dispense and I love that the dispenser valve has a double seal: an internal plastic glue valve and a hard plastic valve that snaps open. The dual approach keeps the wipes from drying out in the package, which is a huge plus. These are very rich cloths. They don't drip when you take them out, but they do leave a significant amount of liquid on the surface. Also, soap foams when you clean it. The bottom line is that after using the cloth, you have to use a dry cloth (I find a microfiber cloth works best) to dry it. This is both a plus and a minus - the extra pass of a dry cloth ensures things like pet hair are fully picked up, but requires an extra step and somewhat negates the benefit of wiping down with just a cleaning spray and cloth. The price is a bit high but not beyond the quality and performance of the wipes. Not perfect but a solid 4 stars if you need a cleaning cloth.
