In love with this blanket is all I can say! I bought my 7 year old daughter a weighted blanket recently in hopes that it would help her sleep better at night and it did! So, I thought I should probably get one for myself as well. I decided to get a king size so my husband could use it as well and we are hooked! He is 100lbs heavier than me so individually we would have needed different weight so I just opted for the 20lb blanket.
